I hope you failed. … I hope you failed. That was awful. Putting some websites at the end doesn’t make it okay to just spew out random facts without proper cites. You obviously play poker and made a video for a class.
I have personally … I have personally lost over 200K in gambling and now know that it is an issue of making decissions based on emotion and not sound long term planning. Instant pleasure and false hope was my motivation. It has been heart ache, shame, loss, and big time stress. I have had many jobs in my time, before and during my time as a gambler, just as much of a problem and caused by the same bad decission making. You could burn all the casinos down but it would not have fixed the problem.

I dont have a … I dont have a gambling problem I just find it hard to back a winner lol , But I got a special racing soon it wont lose can sumone lend me fifty. lol
Impulse control … Impulse control disorder to some level is what causes many people to gamble.Gamblers must be aware that Impulse control disorder can be iliminated through time by making more descisions based on longterm outcome and rarely on emotion(impulse) or goodluck(false certainty) which should never be a reason to do something.
doesnt matter if … doesnt matter if they ban gambling and shut down every casino in the world and every online gambling site. as long as there is a currency in the world there will be gambling…
I’m 20 years old … I’m 20 years old right now, and I used to be addicted to gambling from about 16 to 19…I’ve been completely clean for a year, but man it affected my grades, girlfriends broke up with me cause I cared more about poker, gin rummy and backgammon than I did them, my parents finally stepped in and set me pretty straight by just showing me what could happen and I quit on my own, it was the best decision I ever made, now I play music and have something to show for it…
im\ am 19 and have … im\ am 19 and have been playing online for a couple years now. i love poker. but ive gotten really good at not getting emotional. its just a game, relax. people who get carried away with gambling have serious emotion issues as well.

ive gambeld for … ive gambeld for 15yrs and have nothing 2 show for it apart from debts and ex girlfriends and depresion. i wish and hope i fix myself whilst iam young. it all starts when u play the slots when ur a kid and it builds up from then on just like a drug addict would try soft drugs first then move on to the harder stuff
yeah,being in the … yeah,being in the position of winning,friends surrounding you while they chant your name,the scams the risks you take to get money to continue on…Its a REAL “high”,..the rush when your on a streak,especially when you go back to your room and have some chick sucking on your pole…thank god for legalised gambling:)

You americans are smart, in australia the minimum gambling age is 18, which includes alcohol + cigarette age limits.
When i was 18 i was still in high school lol … the perfect age for the government to target us i guess.
